Shipping and Handling Policy

We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most orders the same or next day after receipt. If your order cannot be shipped within seven days after your order is confirmed, Volleyball Pro Shop.com will notify you by e-mail.   PLEASE NOTE: Although we accept and process orders around the clock, orders placed after 12:01pm (noon) PDT on Friday's, cannot begin shipping until the following Tuesday.! Orders placed during this period will ship in the order received. To expedite orders, we sometimes ship from multiple locations. As a result, items ordered together are not necessarily billed and shipped in the same box or together. However, shipping charges will not be affected by split orders.

Domestic Shipping and Handling

Our distributors and suppliers ship from both UPS or FedEx.  The vast majority of orders will arrive within 2-5 days of shipment depending on when the order was placed.

Does my Package require a signature?

Most packages under $500 do not require a signature at the time of delivery.  Packages will be left at the delivery address requested.  Please be sure that this is a safe and secure environment.  Volleyball Pro Shop.com assumes no responsibility once delivery is shown by the carrier. With any order over $500, an adult at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. Please remember to ship your order to an address that will you will be able to sign for your package.

Dropship and Backorders

Our shipping at this time will consist of one or more of your items shipped to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer (a process known as "drop‑shipping").  With shipping from several distribution centers you will see on your order where your products will come from.  Even thou you see seperate shipping costs the cost is no higher than usually, it just looks different.  I wanted to make sure every customer comes first and by letting you know the shipping at the order time I put your interest first. We will make every attempt to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, in the unlikely event that an item is in short supply, either due to an unusual/unanticipated increase in demand or production problems at the manufacturer level, one or more items in your order may be backordered. We will notify you via email of the estimated shipping date of the backordered item(s).
